2025 Gathering of Loads!!

Hosted by the Alamo Chapter

at The Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas

3-5 September 2025

Travel Days: 2 & 6 September

Stay at Embassy Suites and enjoy Per Diem equal hotel rates for those TDY,

a free hot breakfast with a custom omelet station, and 2 free drinks at the hotel bar each day!

Also, we have a Hospitality Suite with free beverages set up at the hotel!

Schedule of Events will follow in the coming months.  Highlights will include our annual PLA General Membership meeting, professional development briefings, a field trip to the Career Enlisted Aviator Center of Excellence, Basic Loadmaster Course, and the C-5 Formal Training Facility, and a Banquet Dinner.

The Professional Loadmaster Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the loadmaster community together. We have several chapters throughout the country. Loadmasters from all walks of life have joined our organization sharing stories and experiences from their lives as a loadmaster. A group of individuals that share a common bond of airlifting just about anything you can imagine around the world. We invite you to look around and read some of these incredible stories.
